Berberis
Berberis, just waiting for the tiny yellow flowers to open against the striking red leaves.
Sorbaria
Sorbaria, soft fern like leaves that change colour through the seasons and in the summer it will have feathery white flower heads.

Whitethroat at Maxey Cut
I am so excited to have added a new bird to my spotting repertoire that I have added these Whitethroat images although I know they are not perfect I will return to Maxey Cut and try to get better photographs!
